Order is : (Lowest) CH3CH2CH2CH2CH3 < CH3CH2OCH2CH3 < FCH2CH2OCH2CH3 < CH3CH(OH)CH2CH3 (highest)

Alcohol can form H-BONDING thus they have high boiling point and alkane have weak dispersion force thus they have lowest boiling point. Fluorine makes the molecule more polar thus molecule with Fluorine has more boiling point due to strong Dipole-Dipole interaction as compared to molecule having only oxygen.
