M_total *V = m_rock*V_rock + m_sled+man * V_sled+man

(97.5) *0.490 = 0.320*17 +( 97.5-0.320) *V_sled+man

V_sled+man = [ (97.5) *0.490 - 0.320*17 ] / ( 97.5-0.320)

=0.435635 m/s

(97.5) *0.490 = -0.320*17 +( 97.5-0.320) *V_sled+man
