Accuracy of a dataset indicates the closeness of the measured values with standard value.

Precision defines the closeness of the measured values with each other.

Relative average deviation (RAD) is equal to mean deviation divided by arithmetic mean. It indicates how much the measured values differs from the arithmetic mean. So, it actually indicated the closeness of the measured values with each other. So, RAD actually measures precision.
