Health care industry is a fastest growing sector in the world. When there is a proper coordination between team ,organization ,healthcare professionals determines the flow of the work in the hospitals.

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act has certain limitations like shortage of staff mainly because of training issues and larger organizations need adequate sraf to maintain privacy of patient details this increase the mefical expenditure thereby interrupting the work flow .At times it may be difficult to determine when the data is shared outside,difficulty in enforcing the act,consent not required for payment can make healthcare work flow difficult to determine.
