Answer #1

The changes have been shared via email, official WhatsApp group and a copy of the order has been pasted on the notice board.

I suggest that Nurse managers, Senior nurses, and, some elected representatives of Junior entry-level nurses can be invited to the decision-making board of the hospitals. They shall be part of the annual budgeting and planning of the organization. This will provide these nurses hands own experience on health care financing and associated funding issues. The nurse's representatives may be asked to conduct necessary meetings with their colleagues and disseminate their knowledge about health care financing issues. It is also advised that the annual report of the organization which contain profit, loss and other details shall be circulated among all the staff so that they may gain awareness about the financial health of their organization.
