Due to increased aging population long-term care services and their regular usage products like crutches,canes and wheelchair and other disposable products have more demand in market..In developed countries health care infrastructure improved and home health care services is in demand for easy accessibility of products and services by spending through health insurance and reimbursement..so in that particular region vendor demand increased for providing those services and products..They make strategic investment for developing and producing innovative products,increased the view in network and they have competition between other vendors for product availability with competitive prices by multi-channel distribution network..it make introduction of variety of new products and services..

In well developed countries like UK, Germany, France, and united states have significant growth in market place... because of lifestyle modification people getting obesity, diabetes,sleep apnea so people approch towards purchasing those products increased and market growth increased in that place..The growth of health care services and products getting affected due to lack of awareness about their particular products and services among public and distribution network was less about health care services..There is lack in skilled professionals and unqualified seller for their products sales ,vendors unable to compete in the market..
