So I am doing some research about triple-negative breast cancer and came up with a hypothesis....

So I am doing some research about triple-negative breast cancer and came up with a hypothesis.

"Overexpression of Estrogen receptors in triple-negative breast cancer will help decrease metastases."

What are some ways to approach this and test this hypothesis. Please explain as I am very confused how to do this.

the research approach to be used to test this hypothesis is experimental research approach.

they are various types of experimental design are there, among them suggested design is controlled experimental design.

they are 2 groups in this design.

1. experimental group: where the samples recieve the experiment ( recieving estrogen receptors - breast cancer), this variable is tested.

2. control group: where the samples does not recieve the treatment, with this experiment group is comapred.

with this your research hypothesis can be tested.
