- My respond will be very positive to that parent.Because there are lots of benefits in taking an natural or organic food diet. The organic foods include lots of important and useful nutrients like the antioxidants. The organic foods also helps the individual to reduce their allergic reactions to certain food items. The natural food items also contain a greater amount of vitamin C and large amount of healthy minerals. The consumption of good organic foods can reduce the chance of heart problems and carcinoma and which will also helps give health skin.

- Normally the organic vegetables are made without the usage of insecticides and pesticides and instead of that cow dung, leafs of tress and plants will be used to grow the vegetables. And due to less amount of preservatives used, all the organic food items can kept for a long time without getting rotten.

- Moreover the natural or organic type of agriculture helps to rise the preservation of water, enhance the productiveness of soil and also helps to reduce the amount of energy utilized.

- The animals which are grown organically will be free from growth hormones and antiseptics. Here the animals are free to wander anywhere and are free to have the food as much as they need from their own choice and they always stays healthy. The common animal illnesses are avoided by keeping their body and environment hygienic.
