A point charge -Q is at the center of a spherical conducting shell of inner radius R1 and outer radius R2 as shown in the figure below. For the configuration shown, What is the charge on the outer surface of the shell?

Charge on outer surface of shell will be -Q.

Due to -Q inside cavity, positive charges of conducting shell will be attracted towards inner surface shell and similarly negative charge towards outer surface. Magnitude depends on how big the charge is present in the cavity. Because electric force depends on magnitude of charge.
