The equation is;

HNO3 + NaOH --> NaNO3 +H2O

Now since in a neutralisation reaction number of gram equivalents remain the same,

Using the formula ,

molarity of sodium hydroxide*Volume of sodium hydroxide=molarity of nitric acid*Volume of nitric acid

0.1063 x 27.33 = ? x 24.79

therefore ?= O.1063 x 27.33 / 24.79

= 0.1172M
