In the spectrum where you have round frequency at 1700 cm-1 is due to presence of carbonyl group .
In second spectrum carbonyl group is absent and new peak at 3300 cm-1 is observed it means cabonyl group is converted in the alcohol .
This may be due to the reduction reaction which involves reduction of carbonyl group to alcohol.
