Answer #1

The major causes of migration have been described below which has led mobility of talent from US to emerging economies where development is foreseen and better opportunities for US workers.

Post 1999 to 2009 massive Transformation in terms of digitisation of products and online sales made work easier. Employers started valuing culture and defined ethical standards as well as competitive workplaces with many women given chances in top position. Great deal of mergers and acquisition have taken place with rise in FII and relaxed norms which resulted in lobalised culture and ways of doing work.Hence many workers were laid off due to mergers and competitive workplace as well unbiasedness in hiring.

The era after 2010 to 2016 saw great emphasis towards formation of New Age roles and young talent being promoted to leadership roles with reverse mentoring. Massive investment were seen towards establishing risk and ethical management, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, digital marketing and hereby newer roles replaced older generic and mundane roles.

Post 2016 we saw rise of Artificial intelligence and Machine learning which has seen massive layoffs for unskilled labor and low talented individuals because of higher productivity and efficiency offered because of such technologies which have made jobs redundant and hence caused widespread migration to emerging economies where there is enough room for foreign culture and individual

However a strict immigration policy and reducing Bell Curves and improving newer job opportunities through enhanced growth of startups can help solve problems of immigration.
