Shea butter is a kind of fat obtained from Shea tree and contains several amount of fatty acid.

Yes, Shea butter may be considered as polymer because it is made up of large number of molecules of fatty acids.

But, in case of polymer simple repeating unit repeats and large number of monomer unit are present whereas in fats the chain is not much large.

Shea butter contains large number of fatty acid chains and hence being considered as polymer.
