1) Mr.Doe performance is excellent as compare to rest of services because he had consulted more patient as compare to Dr.Jones and provide satisfactory services.

2)Yes Dr.doe be appointed to the medical staff because he had good performance and never be suspended,revoked or diminished in any way either voluntary or involuntary as seen in case of Dr.Jones.
