The given graph shows that the US exports to Germany in 1914 was around $400 million.

These exports has fallen to almost $0 by 1918.

This indicates that the naval blockade that the Great Britain has set up to keep the essential goods from reaching Germany during World War I was quite effective.

It almost stopped the procurement of essential goods by Germany and was one of the reasons for the defeat of Germany in World War I.
