Torque T = 15.9N-m

Angular acceleration = 5.38 rad/s^2

Since Torque = moment of inertia × angular acceleration

=) Moment of inertia = Torque/angular acceleration

=) I = 15.9/5.38 = 2.955 kg-m^2
