  • TRUE -All the food we eat have either cancer causing or cancer promoting( carcinogenic )and also cancer protective (anti carcinogenic) substances.
  • Most of them are naturally occurring toxins like mycotoxins caused by fungi that often contaminate grains and nuts are associated with highly carcinogenic,
  • others include caffecic acid present in various fruits and vegetables, pyrolytic products of amino acids are carcinogenic.
  • The fruits and vegetables contain cancer protective agents.

The best meal to lower LDL cholesterol in blood are option D (sweet potatoes, roasted chicken, green peas and low fat biscuit and option C (grilled salmon, wild rice, steamed brocolli, whole wheat roll)

the first and second options beef and ham which contains saturated fat ( high H.D.L) which is not good for health.
