20) Discuss the method of single particle tracking and explain, what can be inferred from such measurements.
Please describe the method well so I can understand cause im not good with this topic. Thank you.
Single particle tracking (SPT) is the observation of the motion of individual particles within a medium. The coordinates time series, which can be either in two dimensions (x,y) or in the dimensions (x,y,z) is referred to as a trajectory. The trajectory is typically analysed using statistical methods to extract information about the underlying dynamics of the particle. These dynamics can reveal information about the type of transport being observed (eg: thermal or active), the medium where the particles are moving and interactions with other particles. In the case of random motion, trajectory analysis can be used to measure the diffusion coefficient.
Applications:
In life sciences, single particle tracking is boarding used to quantify the dynamics of molecules.
It is applied to investigate the motion of lipids and proteins within membranes
SPT has been extensively used in the study of reconstituted lipid bilayers.

1) What can you use fluorescence lifetime (FLIM) measurements for and what is the advantage compare with fluorescence intensity measurements? I have difficult to understand why FLIM is a better technique than fluorescence intensity? by better I mean the advantage FLIM have comparing to fluorescence intensity method? They say its better because FLIM is indenpendent of change in fluorescence intensity, and fluorophore concentration. But in FLIM measurement we measure the intensity of flourophore versus time? just like the fluorescence intensity...
Discuss the elements of FOREX and describe what FOREX is. Explain why it is imperative that companies manage this and how would they do so. Please answer in as much detail as possible. I will kindly rate and comment! Thank you so much!
For the simulink part i just meed to see a snapshot of the system model and an ouput. Must be for the tracking sustem design in B. For be please show all work and write neatly so i can learn to do this on my own. Please show all work so I understand how to do this on my own. Write neatly please. Thank you in advance. Explain the assumptions made in the Hartree Fock method. Please explain it, and not copy the incorrect assumptions from Wikipedia (I asked this question twice before, this actually happened), a basic explanation of the assumptions is just dandy, as I don't really understand the method. Thank you!
hello how are you ? I hope you are doing well can you please help me to understand what is western bolting by writing a summary that describe a situation where you would need this technique and the steps of the procedure or how it works. thank you so much
can you please explain this to me?! long explanation much appreciated. thank a lot. Discuss seven different topics for long-term corporate objectives. Please read directions in the image. Please draw what the closed circuit would look like and then solve the problem. Please follow directions and help me out and I will thumbs up! Please solve but first please draw this as a closed circuit so I can understand what it looks like. Thank you very much! I will thumbs up if I understand well and you explain good! Please make sure to draw in closed circuit form 4.25 In the circuit...
PLEASE explain why and show work so I can try to follow and understand!! Thank you!!
you are buying a $35,000 car with 20% down, no sales tax, and by financing the balance for 5 years. If interest is 4.5% and monthly payment is $550, is this a good deal or bad deal? – i.e. Are you paying more than you owe? Prove your point by showing how you arrived at your conclusion. please please provide work and if possible break it down to simpler terms so i can understand and explain! thank you
