Question

Hi, please help me check my answers for two physics problems. If they are wrong, please explain it so I could learn and correct the mistake. Thank you.

3. A dockworker pushes a 50 kg crate with a downward force of 300 N, directed at an angle of 30° to the horizontal. The coefficient of kinetic friction is 0.3. If the crate starts at rest and speeds up while traveling a distance of 10 m, how much work is done by each of the external forces on the crate (push, normal, weight, and friction)? What is the total amount of work done on the crate? 0 A lawn mower (25 kg) is pushed a horizontal distance of 10 m by a 50 N downward force directed 60 to the horizontal. The frictional force opposing the motion is 20 N. 4. a) What is the work done by each of the external forces on the lawn mower? b) What is the net work on the lawn mower while it is being pushed? c) Is the net work positive, negative, or zero?

[For the first problem, I got: push= 2598J, normal= 0, weight= 0, friction= -1920J. I calculated net work to be 678J ]
[For the second problem, I got push=250J, normal and weight= 0, friction = -200J. I calculated net force to be 50J, which is positive]
