Sol) Finding the velocity of VA

we have to find First find out the equation for Length, Change of length and Velocity.

SO L = YA +2 S B

Substituting SB value from equation (1)

SO, We get

L = YA +2d1YLwAAAABJRU5ErkJggg== (d/2)2+y B 2

Now, taking change of length

Here we are using displacement and velocity rule we, get

VA+2 VB=0---Equation(2)

Hence the velocity of Block A from equation (2) we can write as

VA=-2 VB

Hence, we got the velocity of block A
