LIFE COURSE APPROACH :
Before getting into the topic first we have to know about the meaning of health, as it having a powerful impact on human life.
HEALTH : Health is a state where it is having mainly 3 components, 1. physical, 2. mental, 3. social well being and absence of a disease.
If our health is good then our body is free of diseases. Life course means nothing but a persons way of accepting or adjusting to their environment, which shows a drastic change on the health. There is no need to plan for any courses, any time line, any management regarding health. Only the simple way to be happy is be healthy by removing all the difficulties in life. Our health will depend in our own hands. If we want it to make healthy we can make it in any any by adapting healthy practices, if we want it to be complicated then there is no way to be happy and healthy.
Life courses can be adapted for a healthy well being and for maintaining healthy relations. It can be studied by using persons geographical areas, lifestyle, demographic areas, family, occupation, marital status, income, education and lot more. Life span of a person depends on their healthy life style practices they are adapting in their life.
