Delivery schedule: 100 units 12mths ARO (after receipt of order). 50 units every 3 months after first delivery

Second delivery: December 1, 2016

Last delivery: March 1, 2017

First milestone payment (from customer): October 30, 2015

Second Milestone payment: January 30, 2017

Final Milestone payment: May 30, 2017

Initial Program review (at the customer's site): November 16, 2015

Subsequent Program reviews: 6 months after the initial review

Statement of Work (SoW): -

Business Need: -

SuperPack is one of the leading manufacturers in packaging technology. It has various products that cater to different market segment. It has developed a superior product proto-type for backpack segment that has in-built refrigeration and radio module. This unique product enhances the quality of packaged product, longevity of the product as well as product availability. The product has radio module to track the packages. This need of product development arrived at servicing need of travellers’ tourist, hikers and a special recommendation from US Army and military regiments.

Product Scope Description: -

  • Product can package good up to 10-50 Kgs on different sizes.
  • Product has unique packaging layer acting as refrigeration for the packaged goods, maintaining the quality as well as enhancing the longevity of the goods.
  • Product has radio module, that will help to track the product. The radio module uses GPRS technology monitored under GPS and can be tracked from all kind of operating system and devices. It can be tracked from different available mapping system such Google Map, InBuilt Maps, etc through any computing devices even on handhelds such as mobile phones devices.
  • Presently the product life including the refrigeration pouch and radio module is 2 years.

Strategic Plan: -

  • The product developed would take around 2 months to deliver to customer.
  • The product has unique features that cannot be replicated or reproduced by any manufacture.
  • The product patent is under development hence infringement is not possible
  • The product has a life of around 2 years, hence the goods delivered can be stored properly by customer. The demand of the product would contribute more to the product bottom-line.
  • Research team is working on enhancing the product life to 5 years than 10 years, this will enhance the good storage thereby demand increase for this product is anticipated.
