1) Concussions: it's a brain injury. It effects brain function. Also known as as mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI). Effects last temporarily. It leads to loss of consciousness, memory loss, headache, blurriness etc.

It occurs due to vibration or blow or shaking of brain. It is most common in sports.

2)First thing first, no helmet can prevents concussion. Because it can't control our skull's movement. But football helmets are designed to be shock proof as they have good layer of form inside it.

3)Concussion leads to many distressed problems like depression, insomnia, headche etc and also it is said that a protein makes clumps in head and it leads to Alzimer. Even researchers at UCLA found the proof of those tumors in five players.
