In one hour you have covered 28 miles, the remaining miles to be covered is 57 miles. ( 85 - 28).

The estimated travel time for 85 miles is 108 minutes.

The minutes required to cover one mile = 108 minutes $\div$ 85 miles

The minutes required to cover one mile = 1.27 minutes

The time required to cover remaining 57 miles = 1.27 mins x 57

The time required to cover remaining 57 miles = 72.42 minutes.

Hence you will not be able to make the meeting on time because you have increased your estimated travel time. The estimated travel time you have actually taken is 60 mins + 72.42 mins i.e. 132.42 minutes.
