Human trafficking or illegal ssle of organs which is not allowed ubder ambit of ecommerce is strictly punishable and such laws deter individuals from coming out in public and conducting such mischief. However this leads to rise if black markets where organs are sold on auction basis as well as on commission basis with network based agents who drive this.
Even if the law is removed it will boost the sales of such organs illegally and people will commit crimes openly.
Such issues require much more stringent regulations and better laws and real time monitoring of activities to curb the menace.
