3 ounces cheddar cheese
8 ounces of apple juice
Dinner: 2 cups pasta with tomato sauce
1 piece of toasted rye bread with butter and garlic salt
1 baked potato with 1 T sour cream
1 beer
Ingestion of gluten leads to celiac disease so gluten present food items should be avoided (wheat rey barley)
She does not have lactose in tolerence so she can have milk .
Vegetables like apple orange and banana can be eaten by Simmon if she is managing celiac diet
