As field by infinite charged sheet is always perpendicular to sheets.
a) Thus x component =0
b)Ycomponennt of electric field=((σ12+σ3)/2εo)

=(2.29+3.30-3.82)*(10^(-6))/(2*8.85*10^(-12))

=100000 N/C
