1/f noise is inversely proportional to the frequency. So this noise is maximum at lowest frequency. Therefore Option (A) 1 Hz is most likely to suffer from 1/f noise.

Thermal noise is equal in all frequencies and dependent on temperature. So it will be equal for all frequencies.
