Mortgage interest for business = $ 4392 * (400 sq ft / 2000 sq ft.) = $ 878.40

Real estate taxes for business = $ 1278 * (4200 sq ft / 2000 sq ft.) = $ 255.60

So total allowable deduction = $ 878.40 + $ 255.60 = $ 1134
