1. How can you ensure forms like proof of graduation or financial aid forms have been submitted?

This can be ensured by checking it with the concerned department in the school or college. Also, when the documents/proofs are being provided take a acknowledgement stating that whichever documents are been submitted this will help in clearing the misunderstandings when the admin department of the institute misplaces the submitted documents.

They can support you in this process by providing a generic list of documents to be submitted in various situations and also warn the students about misuse of such data when it gets in hand who are not authorized to such data.

Always keep aside certain amount for emergencies and pay all your credit card bills on time so that you avoid unnecessary interest and late charge payments. Cultivate a habit of saving funds.
