Earlier the definition of health does not had spiritual component on which many people raised objection that it should include spiritual component also as it plays a major role . And it was true based on the researchs done and modifications were done.
Basically , everyone like to be loved and cared and when it comes about spirituality then it's the superior almighty God . Even when someone is at the end stage of a disease , having sincere faith on the God has showed magical transformations. According to him thee are intrinsic and extrinsic mucsles of spiritual assessment . Spriritual attributes are :-
Generosity
Sensitivity
Objectivity
Tolerance
All these should used by the doctors , physician assistant , nurses , to assess the spiritual component of health . The anxiety factor is zero in people who have good spiritual component and hence they are well confident and ready to tolerate anything . One should use mindfulness to start with spiritual assessment because one should know first his or her feelings then only they can understand others .
