1. Too many electrons around the central atom (B). In BrCl3, 3 of the 7 Br valence electrons are used in Br-Cl bonds. The other 4 (two lone pairs) are placed on Br as lone pairs. This structure has 3 lone pairs, which is 2 electrons too many.

2. Electrons in wrong locations (D). This is an incorrect structure for a molecule with 3 atoms and 2 lone pairs.

3. Nothing is wrong (A). This is the correct structure.
