Doing business both with and in different countries raises many ethical concerns. We all do not see things the same way. From what you have learned in this course begin a discussion on ethical concerns that global organizations need to "watch". For example, when is a "bribe" merely a common business practice and when is it unethical? Should companies produce goods in parts of the world where they know that human rights of workers are not a priority at all? What about environmental and health standards? In looking for inexpensive pricing, what temptations might there be for companies when considering working globally?

With globalization, business are expanding their business and activities into foreign countries which creates some ethical issues or concerns for that company. for me, the two of the main ethical concerns which i would want to share with you all are child labor or exploiting workers in another country where government has no strict rules related to employment and second is corruption which is illegal as well as unethical activity of doing business.

there is a famous company which you all know that is Nike which involved in unethical act. Nike outsource its manufacturing of shoes in countries like Bangladesh where economy is poor and families are poor so it took advantage of that and started to hire child labor at low wages and workers are also worked overtime with no wages but when this news started to spoil its image then company stop this activity and its top management apologies in public and build code of ethics for its business and now company is doing great.

the second issues is Corruption. it continues to be so even today. Corrupt government officials are everywhere. International businesses often seem to gain and have gained financial and business advantages by bribing those officials, which is clearly unethical. Companies give bribe to officers to hide their unethical acts like child labor, harm to environment by its manufacturing etc.
