In this unit, you learn many functionalities in Microsoft Excel. Choose any functionality that you learned about in this unit, and propose an application in your daily life or an imaginary application that can utilize the functionality. Explain in detail how the application can utilize the functionality that you choose. Feel free to bring in your own personal experience, as long as it is a relevant, concrete, interesting, or provocative example from your own experience, on which you can write with confidence.Discussion should be 100-300 words. In this Unit we have learn a lot of functionality in Microsoft Excel in which we have learned about some functionalities like:
it involves functions like SUM, SUMIF, SUMPRODUCT, ROUND, ROUNDUP,ROUNDDOWN,CEILING,FLOOR.
2.Statistical function:
it involves function like COUNT, AVERAGE, MAX, MIN etc.
3.Text Functions:
it involves function like LEFT, RIGHT, UPPER, LOWER,etc.
and many more.
the main uses of these functions of Microsoft Excel in daily life is for is to perform calculation, analysis and visualization of data and information. it helps to organize business system and process data in the form of table(with rows and columns) with the help of these above functionalities mentioned.
Microsoft excel is used in WINDOWS, Mac OS, Cloud computing and Android users. in the excel spreadsheet users can perform lots of work such as mathematical, financial, logical calculations, data manipulation, data analysis and visualization of information in a very quick way. it also provides table styles and conditional formatting option for users.
the application of excel that i have chosen after learning these functionalities is in EDUCATION and we will see how these Microsoft excel is helpful for teachers as well as students to grab the information given by these excel sheets.
