Accleration a = 2.5 m / s^ 2
we know ( F 1 - F 2 ) = m a
from this F 2 = F 1 - ma
where m = mass of the cart
( C ) . It moves constant velocity that is accleration =0
So, F 2 = F 1
           = 10.5 N
(D ) . It moves left side with an accleration a = 2.5 m / s ^2
So, net force F 2 - F 1 = m a
from this F 2 = F 1 + m a
