Arcadia's opportunity cost of producing one pair of jeans = 48/12 = 4 bushels of wheat, and Dolorium's opportunity cost of producing one pair of jeans = 20/10 = 2 bushels of wheat. Therefore, Dolorium has a comparative advantage in the production of jeans, and Arcadia has a comparative advantage in the production of wheat.

After specialization:

Arcadia will produce = 24000/12 = 2000 bushels of wheat

Dolorium will produce = 18000/20 = 900 pair of jeans and 6000/10 = 600 bushels of wheat.
