The labour law maintains relationship between employers,trade unions and government.

The national labor relations act gaurantees the employees right to join or form union without interference,restrain or coersion from the employer.The relevant legislations are:

-employees have the right to unionize,to join together in advance in their interests

-section 7 of the national labor relations actgaurantees employees the right to self organisation,to for or to join or assist labor organisations and collective bargaining.

-section 8(a) (1) act makes it an unfair labour practice for an employer "to interfere with,restrain or coerce employees in the exercise of rights gauranteed in section 7
