Solution:

A) Given q1 + q2 = -5.3

=> from the figure we can say q1 = q3 and q2 = -2q1

Hence q1 - 2q1 = -5.3

=> q1 = 5.3

B) q2 = 5.3 * -2

=> q2 = -10.6

C) q3 = 5.3
