  • Body weight

  • Control body weight with diet control and regular exercise
  • make exercise a strict part of daily regime.
  • Take medicines to reduce blood pressure and stick to treatment regime
  • Take medicines to reduce Cholesterol levels
  • Include fruits and vegetables in the diet
