a)Avg velocity=change in position/time taken

t=5.25s(3rd division)

t=14s(8th division)

Avg velocity=(9th division-2nd division)3/8.75

=2.4m/s

b)slope of tangent=13*3/1.75*7

=39/12.25

=3.18m/s

c)velocity is zero when tangent is horizontal

at 8th division

t=8*1.75

=14s
