1) Light is absorbed in the region of 500-540 cm​​​​​-1 and cranberry juice absorbs green and yellow color and transmit red color.

The color visible to the eye is the complementary color of the color being absorbed.

2) since color of apple juice is less red in comparison to that of cranberry juice it means that it absorbs less light and reflect more.

The color of light being absorbed is green.
