Carrying Cost = $20 X 10%
= $               2
EOQ = SQRT((2 X Annual Demand X Ordering Cost) / Carrying Cost)
= SQRT((2 X 42000 X $200) / $2)
= 2898 cubic yards
Economic production quantity = 2898 cubic yards
