Answer #1

Answer :An increasing immobility of workers to other jobs or locations.

A labor market where there is only a single firm demanding labour is called a monopsony and such a firm in such a market situation is referred to as the monopsonist.

Assume, there is only a single firm in a company town, where all the workers work for that one firm. Here it indicates the immobility of the workers as they have no option other than this firm. This kind of a scenario further enhances the monosponistic power of the above said firm.
