thus T= L/R = (39/1000)/95 = 4.105263*10^-4 sec

(b)

i = i0(1-e^-2) = (5.4/95)*(1- e^-2) = 0.049149 A

(c)

i = i0 = (5.4/95) = 0.056842 A
