correct ( both 2 and 3 are true )

Because it is marginal benifit of all the consumer that they can buy should give them maximum satisfaction with minimum cost. if they dont visit all the the stores then it won't give maximum satisfaction as if they purchase from one they would think that the other might give them the best and cheaper jeans. so after having the full information ght wont get full satisfaction by equating MB=MC searching.
