Answer #1

2. This Balance sheet in the first year the current ratio comes about to be 1.5 times whereas the ideal ratio is 2 times so it is lesser than average so prima facie we can say that the ratio is a bit unfavourable but when we look at the liquid ratio(Quick Ratio) it is also nearing 1.5 for which the standard is 1 times so it appears that the liquid assets are sufficient but later on Current ratio is gradually increasing upto 3.75 a lot high therefore we can say that current assets are far more than the current liabilities because we are piling up cash and not utilizing it properly therefore we can say that we are not properly utilizing our resources.

But we are not provided with profit and loss accounts and notes to account so we cannot comment upon gross profit ratio, net profit ratio and many other ratios plus we are not aware of the exact nature of the assets, liabilities, expenses and income. So, in my opinion the information is not sufficient.

3. This balance sheet do give useful information but not complete information as Statement of Profit and Loss is missing plus notes to accounts is not provided.

4. In the health sector most of the revenue comes from Patient service hospitalization, other income are generally negligible in nature. In the future I think that hospitals will also come out with other Health related services like Holding seminars, providing online Consultations and sending online medicines and similar services
