Answer #1

First of all every organisation must use registered nurse only because there are many institutions which provide degree of nursing which are not affiliated and also they are not approved . To see this that there is no fraud nursing degree , and also it's about the human health ,we can't play with it . Organisations should appoint registered nurses whether it is for case manager role or clinical practice .

The nurses who are BSN registered are fully trained , well organised , and has a degree after qualifying the exam which is undertaken by nursing council. They have well trained hands ,and make use of evidence-based practice to provide care and other administrative actions .
