3530 cm-1 stretching frequency belongs to OH stretch and carbonyl stretch at 1740 cm-1 indicates it is 3-hydroxy-2-butanone.

Spectrum 1 it is primary amide ( above 3000 two peaks and carbonyl stretch splitting indicates it is a primary amide)

Spectrum 2 is 3-hydroxy butanone.

Spectrum 4 OH stretch is absent.

Spectrum 3 dont have carbonyl stretch.
