HDL :- HDL( high density lipoprotein) is a good cholesterol.

Normal lab values for HDL is 40-60 mg/ dL of blood.

If HDL is too low then following things should be done:-

- Avoid smoking,

- Avoid alcohol,

- Take healthy diet ,

- Avoid junk food,

- Daily exercise at least for 30 mints, etc.

All of these can help in improve the HDL level.
