Given:Heat flows out from the gaseous mixture present inside the cylinder i.e giving us a value -q

The given reaction is exothermic reaction since the given information say that energy flow out of the system .

The chemical of gaseous molecule occurs in the given system is exothermic which release energy and hence the temperature of the water bath will goes up.

And the given reaction is exothermic which releases energy hence piston present inside the cylinder will move out.H

According to First low of thermodynamic, the energy given absorbed and reaction at constant pressure is equal to the change change in enthalpy of the system is equal to the heat.

  ΔΗ = q

And hence heat will release ΔΗ =-q   

ΔΗ =-q = -192KJ
